I am so saddened by Tim's passing. John's and my hearts go out to Tara and the kids. Tim was such a rock and so helpful when I lost my husband. Your family helped me get through such a hard time. I will never ever forget Tim trudging through 3 feet of snow to help me with my snowblower. Of course, he was wearing his bunny pajamas. I laughed so hard the tears froze on my face. I will miss the sound of the Harley starting up early in the morning and returning later at night. The great music that came from the garage as Tim worked on his pride and joy was always a comforting sound. Farewell neighbor, John and I will look after your family like our own.

Tim will always be in our memories for being a good friend, very good electrician and amazing husband and dad to you guys. Cherish those memories as we will and know his legacy lives on in all of you. He was in a bad place and is now at peace with no more pain. We will miss him very much.

I worked with Tim Leach as an apprentice for 6 years, I picked up quite a few things from him along the way
Scourering the prints for any missed notes or electrical locations. I base my skill of how I learned to bend pipe on his necessity for it on one particular job, he was satisfied with what I was able to pull off.
He repeatedly reminded us that "painted walls were finished product so don't lay anything against them" but someone did, well it was a table top that got littered with rough hand tools, the person who did it usually always had an excuse but this time he said " well what do you want me to say tim, I f'd up!, is that what you want? I f'd up!" It blew Tim's mind and he responded ecstaticly " Yes, thats all I've ever wanted! Finally, you owned it and said you f'd up, hallelujah"
Sometimes he would give a low key wink almost seemed subconsciously when giving sarcastic advise, or explaining something
You will be, forever in my thoughts Tim, very sad you are no longer with us, rest in peace
