I am so saddened to hear of Jane's passing. My condolences to her family. I had the pleasure of working with Jane for a number of years at KES when I was a special education teacher. I also ran into Jane at the hairdresser's in Higganum a few times and we caught up on the latest news about our lives. Jane was a dedicated teacher and a good friend. She will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear about Jane. I had the pleasure of working with her for a year at Burr Elementary School two years ago. She was a kind, genuine and sincere person. Jane always brought a smile to my face and always gave such nice compliments. It was a pleasure working with her. She will be missed!

Clark family - you are in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was an extraordinary woman. I have so many fond memories of her, from age 6 to well into adulthood. She would always tease me ("that kid who never stops talking when we give him a lift to soccer games"), always welcome me (I remember a great ham sandwich when my wife and I showed up unannounced in K-Town), and always make me feel like in some way I was an honorary Clark kid (who didn't want to be?). God speed to her and love everlasting to the Clark clan.

My condolences to Jane's family. I first met her 28 years ago as "Mrs. Clark" when I first moved to Killingworth and was a student at KES. I only knew her from the halls of school and working with students in the classrooms but later through the years we became coworkers at th Rec Afterschool program and she insisted on me calling her Jane. Once I graduated, she would check in from time to time with my mom to see how I was doing in college and then what I was doing with myself. She was a always full of warmth, kindness and advice. Her smile lit up any room she walked into and she will be missed.

I've known Jane for many years. Many of those were years that we worked out together at Curves. After she left Curves I continued to run into her at the hardware store and most recently when she was transporting her husband to the Outpatient Center on Saybrook Rd. in Middletown. I was doing the same with my husband (we had a lot in common). She was one of the warmest, truly caring people I have ever met. I will never forget the wonderful conversations we shared. My condolences to her wonderful family. Pat Carlson

My deepest condolences to Jane's family. I worked with Jane at KES. She was a wonderful woman. She always remembered me when she went to Maine and would bring me back goodies from Stonewall Kitchen. I'll never forget her smile, her laughter and her friendship.

I was very saddened to hear the news of Mrs Clark's passing. I'm not sure if you guys are aware of how much of a help she was to my mother these past couple of years with my father's passing from cancer last fall, but I expect it doesn't come as a surprise. Truly a saint and a beautiful person. I'll be thinking of you guys.
