Frank and I have shared some of the best and worst of times over the course of 20 years. We could often find comfort in one another to share some fantatic memories. Sometimes frends...and sometimes so angry with one another we would go for times without speaking at all. Yet, somehow we always understood one another to bridge the divide. I am thankful to have known the man which rarely surfaced from out behind his armor of steel. Frank chose his friends carefully; so I am proud to be considered one he allowed in his life to meet his family and his children. Frank and I spoke of family and his love for his kids; I sure hope they all know how loved they were and how much pride he had in them all. Some people are acquaintences of Frank and some people actually knew him. If you knew him, he impacted you. He left an impression on you. He was a strong man with a strikingly soft side. He could fight a tough battle with the best of them and love with a tenderness beyond words. I will miss you Frank. I hope you find peace. I hope, for whatever awaits us all on the other side, I am lucky enough to meet you again.
