My condolences
May all who knew and loved your dear loved one, please find comfort and strength in knowing that "God will wipe away the tears from your eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more the former things have passed away."

"Bobbie," we will never forget the holidays she spent with us and how she made a mad dash to the living room rocking chair. I know it must have soothed her in the midst of the holiday hub-bub. Thank God she is no longer suffering and is, as someone else so eloquently remarked, "flying high with the angels" and your mother. May she rest in peace. She must have been smiling down on her wonderful memorial service.

So sorry to hear of your sister's passing. I work at the ButlerMcCook House in Hartford. She used to stop by to chat, but we hadn't seen her for a while and wondered how she was doing. She used to come to some of our functions as well and seemed to enjoy herself. She did enjoy a good joke. I remember her hearty laugh. She always asked if she could do something for us like run across the street and get us a coffee or something. She was so kind and thoughtful that way. She did talk about you a lot and how much she enjoyed the visits to your home. We will certainly miss her at the ButlerMcCook House.

Robert,
I am at such a loss for words. I was so sad to hear of Elaine's passing. You have my sincerest sympathies on your loss.
I worked with Elaine for many years first at Connecticut General and then at Lincoln Financial Group and talked to her there most days, even if only for a moment. She will be missed, and I have no doubt she is flying with the rest of the Angels in Heaven.
God Bless,
Jackie MacDonald

Robert,
Your sister was an amazing lady and I feel privileged to have known her. Elaine touched so many lives and many of us who worked with her at CG and Lincoln are grateful we had a chance to know her as a colleague and a friend. Elaine blessed so many people with her faith & kindness. Although it is sad that Elaine passed away, I am comforted in knowing she is no longer suffering. Proverbs 10:7 The memory of the righteous is a blessing. Someone as special as Elaine will never be forgotten. She will remain in my heart & memories forever.

Robert,
I remember Elaine well at Connecticut General and then our move to Lincoln Financial. Elaine was thoughtful and had a big heart. We saw each other every day at CG and I can truly say that Elaine was a hard worker and displayed great work ethics. Although she didn't like changes within department re-organizations (and boy did we have lots of those during the years), Elaine and I would have conversations and some laughs on how long it would take before another re-org took place. We can all take comfort in knowing that Elaine is now resting in the arms of our Lord and knowing that we have a very special guardian angel to watch over us. My sincere condolences.

Bob, the family and I were very sorry to hear of Elaine's passing. She is in a better place and probably chatting with your Mom. She was a remarkable person and will not be forgotten. We will see you at her memorial service.
