I am so sorry to hear of Goldie's passing. I have many happy memories of Goldie and Harry from my childhood including Cedar lake, camping in Maine and many more. I know of no words to comfort when one loses a parent. But I have a wonderful story of Chris that I want to share for I will never forget how wonderful she was at one of the worst time in my life . 36 years ago My younger sister was in a deadly car accident. At the time I had two small sons. Chris and her husband took them into their home on and off for several days while we waited at the hospital. She loved them and took wonderful care to make sure they had a fun time and not worried about where mommy and daddy were. This woman had the biggest heart of anybody I know. I should also add always loved when we got an invite for dinner because we knew we were in for a delicious meal. My thoughts are with both family at this sad sad time. Dorothy Sypher Reid
