Obituary of Donald B. McDougall

Donald B. McDougall, 57, of Essex, CT passed away peacefully on Friday, January 15. Donald was born on July 1st, 1958 in Portland, Maine. He leaves behind his wife, Ellen (Tiezzi) McDougall and his three children, Erica Sigersmith, Bryce McDougall and Allison McDougall. He is survived by his father, Donald B. McDougall Sr. and Marion (Skrinski) McDougall and his mother, Cora (Palmer) Collins and Guenter Ahrens. He is also survived by his sister, Elaine (McDougall) Thompson, his brother, William McDougall, his brother, John Collins and sister-in-law Kate Collins, his brother, Brian McDougall and sister-in-law, Mary McDougall, his sister, Karen (McDougall) Smith brother-in-law Todd Smith, brother-in-law Michael Tiezzi and mother-in-law Darlene (Rankin) Tiezzi. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be at Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main Street in Centerbrook, CT on Friday, January 22nd from 5 – 7pm. Funeral services will be held at The Ivoryton Congregational Church in Ivoryton, CT on Saturday, January 23rd at 11:00am followed by burial services at Centerbrook Cemetery.
