Charlie, I have known you ever since I came back from Vietnam and spent 6 months with you at Ft Sill as Infantrymen teaching at the Escape & Evasion School there as well as "having a "GOOD time" (LOL) on our days off. That is along with one of your other Best friends and my Brother Bob "Tambo" Tamburri. Bob was also as you know in my Unit in Nam and the 3 of us were all at Ft Sill together. (inseparable)after we came back from Nam. I was very pleased to find you again when you were living in CT around 27 or so years ago and after that to visit you in CT as when I lived in NY as well as you coming to see me in TN after I moved here and me going to see you in CT 3 times and meet many of your Friends in there as well as when you moved to FL and stay with you for a week or so on 6 different occasions over the years in CT & FL as well as you and Bob Tamburri helping me clean my Moms house out after I lost her in Florida a few years back. You have always been there for me as well as Bob and anyone else. It is very hard for me to write this as I LOVED you very much as my Friend and Brother and I am not very good with words that is why it has taken so long. But I know one thing, that you will be walking me home over those Trip Wires "safely" with my Guys from the Nam when my time to be with you again. I am placing a picture you gave me of you taken in 1966 while you were off Duty in Vietnam. I know it is a little rough but I kept it since 1967 of you.
I love you BROTHER, may you RIP till our paths cross again!

Mary and family. I was shocked to read in the local paper of Charlies passing.I was wondering why he hadnt come blasting down my driveway this summer on one of his bikes. While I have only known Charlie for a few years, we shared a passion for old motorcycles, and sports cars. I will miss him.So sorry for your loss. Best Jon Fudge ,Westbrook Ct

Super guy with an infectious smile left us all too early. Mary, our prayers and thoughts are with you and the entire family. Charlie, I'm sure you're up there looking down at us when your not doing wheelies on a restored Ossa, playing your guitar or wetting a line. Bet there's huge snook up there! God bless you as you relax at the final Shady Rest.

My memories of Charlie are many .I especially remember the many hours of time teaching me guitar in the 70s and sharing his passion for playing music..Charlie gave me my first opportunity to play in a working Rock band ,Wow what a feeling..
I still play today as a professional studio musician thanks to Charlie's time, patience and soul..... Thanks for the music....
