Cy was a perennial-tinkerer... always repairing his (and my) equipment... and MAKING THE TOOL to do it with. And, I guess, because of that talent, he is the United States Patent Holder for the Steering Third (Lift) Axle that he invented for his dump truck.
He always had a ready-joke.
And, besides all of that, 32 years ago, in 1984, Cy provided me with a $10,000 loan so that I could make a down-payment when I bought the house that I have lived in since.
The world would be better-off with more like Cy Jones.
