My Uncle Ed had a presence that was larger than life to me. In the few times I'd had the opportunity to be around him he exuded such confidence, passion, and a great sense of humor!
In 1972 he gave us a tour of the factory where the Norelco Coffee Makers where made. His presentation was so dynamic I can still see the inside of that factory and hear him explaining the speed at which the machinery assembled the coffee makers.
At the end of the tour he gave me his red Edward pin. I'm so honored to have had my Uncle Ed as my namesake. We also share the blessing of having three beautiful daughters.
I think heaven is a bit brighter since he arrived! I'm looking forward to seeing my Auntie Rose and Uncle Ed again someday!
