Although I only spoke briefly with Joan(usually as we left Mass), the smiles she always shared with me were always heartwarming. I will miss those smiles. My prayers are with Joan and her Family.
Joan was a very good customer/friend of our store Trudees Treasures Hallmark/Deep River.
She came in often always wearing a smile and saying a good word. We enjoyed her visits. To her family we are sorry for your loss. We retired 4 years ago and think of our customers like Joan often. She will be missed.

My sincere condolences on your Mom's passing. The memories of your life together will keep a piece of her with you always. I hope knowing that You and your family are in my and many others' prayers for strength during the difficult days ahead will add some comfort.
We will miss Joan's greeting hugs and caring calls. Joan's prayers have certainly helped our family and many others as well.
I helped her with her great granddaughter's sweater. I hope she will be told how happy Joan was when she was born!!!!
Joan and I spent many hours together talking and sharing life stories. She was a kind and gentle soul with so much love in her heart. Her peace and wisdom was shared with so many and helped so many. I am sorry for this loss. She was a special person and I am honored to have had the times together that she and I shared.
