So sorry to hear about the passing of Mr Lorello. I would always see him and his wife on my walks/adventures between my house on Walnut St and the ballfield and sand pits. A few times they invited me up for cookies. Very nice people. Sending out my condolences from VT to CT.

Bob Eagan, Jim, and I obtained a grant for summer work. Each day Bob and I met at the Ivoryton Store and pedaled our bikes up Warsaw St to Kelsy Hill and on to Valley Regional High School. Jim met us each morning at the school with a box of a dozen doughnuts. From 9-12 the three of us worked on curriculum and all the while we munched on those doughnuts. Jim was much older, but had just as much fun as we did. I am sorry to hear of his passing. May God bring you peace as you mourn the loss of a loved one.

Lea,
I was sorry to read about your dad. I remember seeing him not too long ago, and you and your mom as well, coming from church...and of course I remember his teaching years. It was "great" to see the Lorello's after all these years. Our prayers are will you Lea.

I will miss my handsome and gracious Uncle Jim, my mother's twin brother. But I will always remember the man who made such a positive and lasting impression on all those who were fortunate enough to have known him. He was part movie star, part comedian and always a true gentleman.
May your soul rest in peace, Uncle Jim.

Dear Lea, Lillian and Wally:
I'm so sorry to hear that Uncle Jim is gone.Though I got to see him seldom, He always impressed me with his kindness and sincerity. He always seemed pleased to see me and my family. He was a joy to talk to and I will miss seeing him at the next gathering of our families. When I think of Uncle Jim, I will always remember him as a true gentleman. My sincere condolences for your loss--Joe

My uncle Jim had the sweetest spirit, and his eyes emitted a mixture of joy and white mischief that kept me listening to his stories. I loved watching him kidding around with his brother, my uncle Chuck. The best! I will miss him.

Grandpa, when I watch the birds take flight on a sunny day, or hear a beautiful piece of music or enjoy a decadent banana split - I will think of how you always enjoyed life's simple pleasures. You will live forever in my heart.
