My sincerest sympathy to Diane, Robert and Jeffrey. Phil will surely be greatly missed as a devoted husband and father. He was God-fearing, trustworthy, selfless, honest and true, of sound mind, a just man with a humble side to him, and a good brother to me. His life was full.
I always admired him for the strength he exhibited in the face of adversity. He was always there when I needed him and never counted the cost nor asked for anything in return. He was my rock. Throughout the years, I would always be thankful to God for him in my life. We supported one another and he understood me more than anyone. For this I will be eternally grateful.
I will always cherish my memories of you as a loving and caring brother and my dearest friend. You'll never be forgotten as there will always be a warm place in my heart for you. Your loving sister, Lucille.

Phil was a loving dedicated father and husband. He always put others needs above his own, family or friends. If you were lucky enough to have known Phil, you were blessed to have experienced this...
When my father passed away last year, he was extremely supportive. He was there for anything Rob and I needed. I will never forget how sincere and caring you were.
I always enjoyed hearing your stories from work and about family.
I will never forget you Phil. You will always be with us, watching over us with a smile and with love. Knowing your support and strength are there will help us all through this.
Love Always,
Sarah

On Wednesday our family suffered a great lost. Phil was a compassionate, caring, helpful, and honest person. He loved his family and was very proud of their accomplishments. He always had a smile on his face and a big "hello" when he saw you. He was always there to help whenever I needed something done or picked up at the store. I know he is keeping watch over us with Mom and Dad by his side. I was blessed to have him for a brother-in-law and he will be deeply missed. My heart goes out to Diane, Bobby and Sarah, and Jeffery and Florine.

I'll always have fond memories of Phillippe, from my childhood. While we used to see each other at family get-togethers, that was long ago. Over the last few years, I've run into him a few times. He was always so friendly, and so soft-spoken. It makes me sad to think, he's not here anymore. I'd like to send my sincere condolences to Phillippe's family.
