My Great Aunt Edna was one of the most loving and generous women I know. Throughout my childhood and into my young adulthood she always had a smile and a kind word. I have cherished memories of her; spending time with her when she lived "on the hill" in Essex. Spending time with her at the beach was just one fond memory. I can remember her sleeping over our house on Christmas Eve and waking up with her right there. What a blessing. Even as an adult, we were able to spend time together going out to eat or walking on the beach. She is one person I will always have cherished memories of. My Aunt was a true lady in every respect; a god-send.
