Dear Ruth, Rusty, and Charles:
Nancy and I were very sad to learn of the passing of your mother. I have good memories of her at parent-teacher conferences and other events at the Killingworth Elementary School. She was always warm and pleasant and very interested in what was going on in my
classroom. All that was a long time ago, yet it seems like yesterday. I never knew you, Charles, but I'm sure that I would have seen the rich and extensive influence of your mother in you that I saw in Ruth and Rusty. I wish you all Godspeed.
