I just learned of his passing or I would have attended. The year I was district governor Lion Dick was always there with a smile on his face and an open hand to help and the biggest heart you can have. Thank you for sharing him with the Lion's family. He will be missed.

My condolence to the family of Richard I had the honor to care for Richard at his bedside and I could feel the warm love that they shared Dolores and Richard and you will always be in my heart. thank you for making me part of your family although it was very short., people come in and out of your life but some do leave fingerprints in your heart and Richard and Delores you left yours in mine God bless you.

Dear Delores, Diane and Megan: I will remember Dick fondly as someone who always greeted me so warmly whenever we met. He made you feel he was genuinely happy to see you. Dick had a great sense of humor, and I will miss his mischevious grin (and his jokes). He laughed easily, and often. Dick was an honorable man who had a great love for his family, and for his country. He served both well throughout his entire life. Although my relationship to Dick was through my husband, I loved him like my own family. Please extend my sincerest sympathies to the entire extended Budney family. Carol
